yes lately I've been really getting interested with art markers and just how awesome pictures look when colored with them. so for those of you who use/have them I have questions that the internet was not answering

1st) what would be the best brand, or at least best for the price.
2nd) What's the most affordable brand (cause I have NO income)
3rd) Best place to buy them?
4th) What set size is the best without too much?

anyone with any info on that would be uber helpful, I'd rather ask people who use them then google about this stuff.
